Maybe somebody who knows more about it can tell you, but I don´t think that there is any legal basis for selective immunizations unless you get a doctors´ health excuse from the specific immunizations that were not given.
It seems to me that the religious or philosophical exemption would be for people who oppose immunizations in general.
