I think it depends on which program is the best fit for your child. I don´t know anything about the program you mentioned. One concern that comes to mind is that, as a military family, you might need a portable program, and some of the PA programs are not portable.
You might want to check out my web page about the PA diploma programs, so you can get a sense of whether one would be a good fit, or if the program you´re already using would be better for you. You can also check out the PHAA info to the left to get a sense of the PHAA diploma program specifically.
