Wow! Does that mean a parent issued diploma would exempt their child from being able to homeschool their own children when the time comes? Lazy, cheap parents had better think on that one. Their future grandchildren may have to go to public school just because they didnīt get their child a state recognized diploma. Either that or their child will have to move away to a different state.
