We had been undecided for a while about which diploma program to use (the fact that we may possibly be going overseas has been a factor). Last school year (2006-2007) my sons did not give speeches. They gave speeches two years ago while in 8th and 9th grade, and then again this year while in 10th and 11th grade. Can they do an additional speech over the summer or two over next school year and still meet the diploma requirements for PHAA? They have all the pther requirements for English (papers and books read).
