Hello,

Outdoor Adventures 2010, a regional outdoor environmental education event that takes place at Summer´s Best Two Weeks Camp in Somerset County will be held on May 6th and 7th 2010.

The mission of Outdoor Adventures is: To educate, inspire and engage young students in outdoor exploration and natural resource conservation, thereby fostering the next generation of environmental stewards.

Hands-on activities are provided by more than forty organizations, demonstrating concepts such as watersheds, wildlife habitat, invasive species, and energy.  Last year, the event featured live birds of prey, a working windmill, an energy-efficient home model, fishing, Scarlet the Fox®, a forest hike, a live bear tagging demonstration, and so much more. This truly amazing event will spark your students’ imaginations, igniting a drive to investigate and make a difference in our world.

This event is free to all schools and homeschool families. The registration deadline is March 1st, but space is limited and filling fast! Please visit our website at www.ohmonth.com to sign up or for more information!

Thanks,

Douglas Beri Jr.
