Hi Rosemary-- Sorry you had trouble getting in touch with us! Here´s the process:
Go to www.phaa.org (the website for the PHAA diploma program). From there click on FORMS, and click on the choice ´PHAA Transcript Request Form´. Print that out, fill it in with the needed info, make a $5 check out payable to PHAA, and send on to our office (address on the form).
