High test scores donīt always prove academic progress they may just show good test taking skills. YOur kids poor test scores could also be attributed to the many changes last year. Get a cup of tea and brainstorm all the "non academic" things that were achieved last year. Your children may have learned many things but their not on the standardized tests.
