According to their website, HSLDA takes a neutral position on equal access laws. They have done research on the pros and cons of homeschoolers gaining access to public school programs. That information can be found at the link below. We found their site helpful when talking about SB 361 in our community.
I assume this is the reason why we did not hear anything about this issue from them. We did, however, receive an HSLDA update on HB 280 with Amendment A03503 (which now contains the provisions proposed in HB 505) from them this week.
