what else is extracurricular???

my girls are in pa cyber charter school.up until now the local school has not allowed them to be in any clubs or activities. my girls are not into sports but would love to know if any of these things are allowed now with the new bill?? FBLA,SADD,Drama Club,Talent Show, and PROM or dances? thanks! debbie
