I think if you check with the cyber charter schools, you will find out that there are still some districts which are not allowing cyber charter students to participate in extra-curriculars, although the cyber charter schools would not want that to be common knowledge because other districts might follow suit.
Perhaps others on this board are still involved in cyber charter school and know of some such students. I am back to just homeschooling, my youngest daughter is 14 and in 9th grade this year. She is not interested in participation at this time.
Thanks for your support of this legislation and the frequent updates. I am so glad it has passed and been signed into law. Now we wait to see how easily it is implemented.
