March 29, 2008, 23rd Annual Greater Pittsburgh Homeschooling Workshop and Curriculum Fair, South Hills Bible Chapel , 300 Gallery drive, McMurray, PA 15317. Keynote speaker will be Dr. David Shorrman, creater of the DIVE CD. He will be speaking on the usage of the Digital Interactive Video Educational program. Dr. Shormann will also be speaking on Hands-on Aquatic Science in Western Pennsylvania. We will also have Darrell Misak, Doctor of Naturalpathic medicine speaking on natural healthy eating and habits and how they affect learning and behavior. There will be many curriculum and book vendors there with materials to purchase as well as to look over and/or order. We will offer 16 different specialized workshops as well as a mentoring table where people can have questions answered by experienced homeschool moms and a large used book sale. Nominal fee of $15 pre-registered per person and $20 pre-registered per married couple or $18 at the door per person and $25 at the door per married couple.
