There are a number of different mail-order test providers listed on my web site. In addition, ask around locally. You may find that a homeschool co-op or another local evaluator may offer group or individual testing. You might also encourage your evaluator to look into doing the WRAT test in future. It is inexpensive and can be done during the evaluation, giving her clients "one stop shopping".
