I have used only one test and that is that CAT-E survey from Seton.org. It is cheap (I think it is $30); easy to administer: you, the teacher can not administer it, but your children can administer it to each other; and Seton is very fast at scoring it and returning the results to you.
If you want the full CAT, I think you can get that from Kolbe academy.
I donīt know about the other tests that PA accepts, but I donīt think they are easier than the CAT-E survey.
