Degree Program State Recognition

Hi I see listed that there are 7 organizations that can give PA diplomas. I canīt find these organizations listed anywhere on the PA Dept of Ed website, except in a place that specifically states that the list does not imply recognition. How can I verify them for myself? Thanks!!!
