You are on the correct section of the PA Dept of Ed homeschool site-- BUT you need to go down to the BOTTOM of that page of ´organizations´ to see the meaning of the CODES that are used to describe each organization. Ones that have DIPLOMA after them, are indeed the one that have gone through the PA Dept of Ed recognition process in order to award secondary level credentials (ie, high school diplomas). There are also LOTS of other organizations listed there that are NOT the diploma-granting ones, just general organizations serving homeschoolers.
Let me know if this is not clear-- I wish their website was a bit more clear on this myself!!
