My son used Chalkdust for Trigonometry and just loved it ! Its a great program. The instructor is excellent and is able to clearly convey the concepts.It comes with the textbook, solution manual and either VHS tapes or DVDīs. If he didnīt quite get a concept , he was able to rewind and go over it again. The solution manual contains step by step solutions to the problems in the textbook,Practice tests and also contains the answers to the Chapter tests at the end of each textbook chapter. The chapter test answers are also in the back of the textbook. In fact my son has finished the course and he didnīt even know we had a solution manual till now. I copied all the Chapter tests from the textbook before we started the program and I would give them to my son when he finished the chapter for evaluation of his profiency & understanding of Trig. He did 100% of this course on his own with the Chalkdust tapes and was able to score extremely well. Chalkdust is a great course and worth the money spent for it. We bought ours "used" from this siteīs store. I was somewhat apprehensive about what condition a used set would be in, but it looked almost new. We were very pleased. I wish we would have done Chalkdust for Algebra 1 & 2 and Geometry. It would have been a lot easier for me since I had to teach those courses. My son and I both highly recommend Chalkdust.( We wish there was a Chalkdust program for Physics !)
