HOMESCHOOL BALLROOM DANCE SOCIAL
Who: This is for homeschool families and especially for teens to get together outside of co-op classes for fun.
What: Learn the basics of a ballroom dance step, such as the cha-cha, the tango, and the swing. Then practice with your friends, parents or siblings for an hour or so before learning another step. Instructors will teach for about 15 minutes, then stay on the dance floor to offer suggestions as you practice. You will laugh, exercise and learn something! This is a great opportunity for families to play together and teenagers to have fun in a safe environment.
Dates: 6:30 - 10:00 pm

Cost: $8 per person or $15 per family
What to wear: This is casual. Wear cool comfortable clothes and shoes that slide on the dance floor. Skirts, jeans and slacks are all seen at this event.
What to bring: Bring a snack or drink to share.
