Amy,
You need to send in the Filing Form to join PHAA, then we will issue him a student number which will also be his diploma number.
Then at the end of the senior year, you need to send in the Diploma Request Form as well as all of the items that are listed on that form.
You can find both forms if you go to the PHAA website and click on "Forms" on the sidebar.
