The Richmans have a good booklet on homeschooling, for sale in their online store (on the left).
Pauline Harding has a ton of info on her website, with forms to print off for free, etc, and it would be great to visit her site (www.askpauline.com) and read over the information there when you have a chance to see where to get started.
Another option may be the cyber charter schools (public school at home) where your son will have a teacher who calls every couple of weeks, they send the books, lesson plans, etc -- if you´re a busy mom, this may be a nice alternative to look in to.
