Iīm so glad to hear that, Michelle. Itīs hard to tell sometimes if they are just clueless about the law or if they are just trying to make waves. The teacherīs union in this state is so strong that sometimes I think that they believe they are above the law. I know that my district tried to impose some of their own little laws once, but someone had HSLDA set them straight that the PA law supercedes the local district laws. They have been whistling a different tune ever since. I am really happy that we have this law in PA. Iīve seen how other homeschoolers in other states have been bullied and confused by their different districts. I think it protects the child just as much as the supervisor.
