Our daughter was interested in learning office skills and there were limited classes in our high school. I also asked about the LCCTC votech program, and was also told she would have to be enrolled, which meant vaccinations and all the other drill.
What we finally did was enroll her one course a semester at Lancaster Bible College in her jr. and sr. year, and then she attended part-time after graduating from PHAA. She could have done the same at HACC. We decided our freedom was more important than the tuition.
