That answer depends on what your daughter wants to do after graduation. You need to look at the requirements for her chosen career path and decide from there.
By law, it is not required that we file past age 17. Diploma programs require it if you are using one.
My ds graduated last year and did not need a recognized diploma. We did not file his last 2 years. I made a transcript detailing his courses and he was accepted into the college he had chosen.
But again, we knew ahead of time what their requirements were. I have known several other families that chose this route with no problem. Again, you just need to be mindful of your childīs future plans.
