Legal-wise: Assuming your daughter is under age 8, you have no obligation to the state at all. No affidavit, no evaluation, no portfolio.
Content-wise: Find some local homeschoolers and hang out. Go to the library, take a class at a nature center, read together, dance together, listen to music, make art, travel, etc. Enjoy!
