I urge you to take time from your hectic schedule and get that paper work in before school starts. You do not want to start off by attracting attention to yourself as someone who is late or may be a problem in some way. Most of us enjoy flying under the radar until our kids do someting exemplary.
If you get the guide Dr. Richman suggested, there are sample objectives to help you out. The curriculum you use may also include goal or objectivs you can use.
