Basically you donīt.
If you are only looking to homeschool her so that she can move to a higher grade you need to follow their rules, meaning you would have to speak with the school district.
If you are homeschooling her for herself as well as you then if you would like to keep report cards for her you do them any way you would like. You can make them up on your own or find a company who sells premade ones.
For legal reasons you do not need to turn anything into the school district though and even if you do the school does not need to accept her at that grade for next year.
