I´m not sure if you mean from a legal standpoint or just generally. My son will be 19 in Sept.; we´re finishing up his senior year. He has been homeschooled since 3rd grade. Any child can be homeschooled through 12th grade as long as he is willing to submit to his parent´s authority.
