"This new theology perhaps has a growing number of adherents, and the RFPA, unlike the U.S. Constitution, makes it possible to challenge any law that "Compels conduct or expression which violates a specific tenet of a person´s religious faith."  Apparently, the Constitution does make it possible to challenge any law that compels conduct.  In Thomas v. Review Board,  The Supreme Court stated, "religious beliefs need not be acceptable, logical, consistent, or comprehensible to others in order to merit First Amendment protection."  The Court goes on to say, "We see, therefore, that Thomas drew a line, and it is not for us to say that the line he drew was a reasonable one.  Courts should not undertake to dissect religious beliefs..."
