Elsie, I don´t understand your comment about throwing stones. The families in this lawsuit are being vigilant to protect or expand the liberties of the home educators of this state and I feel they were being belittled. I was only pointing out that this was not a ´new theology´ as Howard stated in the first post. As far as Howard and I being on the same side, we are/were both home educators, but we have opposing political philosophies. I believe as did our Founding Fathers that citizens should be treated as adults and allowed to make their own choices and then live with the consequences. Howard believes that people will not make the right choices and the state needs to hold them accountable or make the choice for them.
